Week of December 5th

Coming up!
-Monday we will see James Oglethorpe at Tritt. This was rescheduled from earlier in the year.
-Tuesday we will be going to the Cobb Civic Center to see the Nutcracker. Please have your child wear their maroon Tritt shirt.
-Thursday is a STEM Showcase Day. We will be designing and creating a toy invention from recycled items.
-Holiday Tradition Project: Please see more information in your child’s folder. For the next two week this will take the place of your child homework. They should continue to read 20 minutes nightly, please.

Reading: Nonfiction Text: ask and answer questions, identify key points and main topic
Writing: complete our last informational writing piece of choice
Math: Measurement (inches and feet)
Word Work: Reflexive Pronouns, contractions
Science: Forces: pushes and pulls
