Week of March 13th

Thank you for ALL the donations of paper towels and stickers. We are all set for now. You all are very generous! Thank you for supporting the Book Fair at Tritt and for buying our class new books. We love reading new books! 

If you are able, please join William, Charlotte, and myself at Sweets and Swaps tonight at Tritt. The event is from 6:30-7:30. Bring 2 used books as your entry fee. You will swap one for a new gently used book and we will donate the other to LeBelle Elementary. Wear your pjs and enjoy milk, cookies, and a story telling by Mrs. Wall. 

What are we learning in 303?
Reading: completing our unit on folktales and fairy tales
Writing: opinion writing
Math: adding up to 4 two-digit numbers
Word Work: we're taking a break from spelling words and focusing on shades of meaning
Content: finish our study on government

Reminders:
-remind your child to continue logging their books read for homework on their 200 Book Log
-Scootpad for 20 minutes and reading is homework on Tuesdays
-We go to the ILC every Friday to check out new books. Please help your child remember to bring their books back to have the opportunity to check out new books.
